Live production of James Fenimore Cooper's The Last of the Mohicans. 30 performers, technical staff, horses, cannon and musket fire. Interweaving the author's historical fiction of the Lake George region and actual historical figures.  The Last of the Mohicans Outdoor Drama, Inc's:

  • host annual outdoor public dramatic performances,
  • provide classroom educational programs to local schools and,
  • partner with local historical sites and museums to provide programs and mutual support.

The Last of the Mohicans Outdoor Drama was founded to bring to life the historical fictional story based on actual events that took place in our region, in the outdoor drama format. 30+ performers, technical staff, horses, cannon and musket fire make it a spectacular experience. It is one of the only outdoor dramas in the NE/New England region.  Outdoor dramas are well known to bring millions of dollars to the regions in which they are located.  This production is a gem in the crown of Lake George tourism.
