Mark is a Vice President and Corporate Banking Officer with Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company, where he is responsible for a loan portfolio of businesses in Essex, Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties. He previously spent 12 years serving the businesses and residents of Washington County, first as the Executive Director of the County Local Development Corporation and then in a duel role with the LDC and as Director of the County Department of Planning & Community Development. Prior to his work with the County, he was employed by a regional planning agency in various capacities for nearly 16 years, beginning there shortly after graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh. He has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Saratoga-Warren-Washington Workforce Investment Board, the Hudson River Community Advisory Group, Job Discovery, PRIDE of Ticonderoga, Washington Countys Agriculture & Farmland Protection Board, and the Agricultural Economic Development Program Leadership Team, a joint effort of the Saratoga and Washington Counties Cooperative Extension offices. Mark and his family spend their leisure time fishing on Lake Champlain.
